Bringing Creativity Back into the Classroom!
Spark your child’s creativity at The STEAM Project’s Makerspace. Students from JK to Grade 8 can learn coding & STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math) through our in-person courses and classes. Our curriculum is developed by Ontario Certified Teachers and we provide access to advanced tools and technology like 3D printers, robotics, and laser cutters for students to learn in a hands-on, experiential way!
How It Works
1. Choose the perfect course
Use the filters below to discover the perfect course for your child’s age. Once you find the perfect course, register through our portal!
2. Drop off
Drop your kids off at our Makerspace in Richmond Hill. Our STEAM instructors will greet them at the door and guide them through their 1 hour class.
3. See your excited kids!
Kids will leave their course excited about the new skills they learned and proud of the projects they built in class!

Finding the perfect after school program for your children can be a challenging task. At The STEAM Project, we are extremely confident that any child can enjoy our programs! Because we are so confident in the excellence of our programs, we are pleased to offer new families the opportunity to take part in a test class, allowing your child to experience our programs with no obligation or risk. Finally, you may also schedule a tour of our Makerspace to learn more about our facilities and ask any program-related questions.

#1 Youth Makerspace in the GTA
Our in-person courses take place in our state-of-the-art Makerspace. We provide students from JK to post-secondary with access to advanced tools and technology to create anything they imagine! Using machines such as 3D printers and laser cutters, our students and staff are able to learn how to use new and emerging technologies and prototype their ideas to make them into reality.
